Typically you should count
on about 5-10 days for the installation of your pool under normal
conditions (weather permitting).

What does my installation package include?
Complete installation includes:
- excavation
- steel wall erection
- assembly
- liner installation
- plumbing
- filtration system
- backfill
- grading
- concrete decking
- start-up chemicals and a
safety package

Will I need a building permit?
Yes. All of the local areas
require a permit for pool construction. Check with us for details.

How will a pool affect my homeowner's insurance?
Not at all, unless you specifically
want to increase your amount of coverage.

Will I need to have a fence?
With an in-ground pool, yes.

How deep will my pool be?
Three to eight feet is standard,
however you can choose another depth depending on your situation.
7.
Can I put a diving board on my pool?
There are very specific regulations
for the size and depth of diving pools. We'll discuss the APSP
guidelines that apply to your pool.

How much time is involved in maintaining my pool?
This is largely up to you and
will depend on the level of automation you have included in your
cleaning system. Most pool owners spend 1 - 2 hours weekly on pool
maintenance, but that time can be reduced using automatic cleaners
and modern chemicals.

Do I have to understand water chemistry and use chemicals?
Not necessarily. We'll be able
to test your water and teach you the basics. Inquire about
our annual Pool School.

What's the warranty on my pool?
Our steel pools include a lifetime
manufacturer's warranty. which covers the steel structure of the
pool. The Vinyl Works liner comes with up to a 20 year
prorated warranty (most liners last from 8 - 12 years).
