    Customer Service is awful. Make sure if you buy something from them they may not continue to sell. They drop you like a hot potato. Although my sells agreement states “call them” they will not honor. Won’t recommend them nor buy from them. Shame on you guys.

    Lynchburg’s Perry Polls installed a liner in myswimming pool and the work has been disastrous, My swimming pool had a water leak and I told them that before doing the work on the new liner they should fix it and they didn't, now I still have a water leak and that was the reason why I had to change the old liner.the new liner has several wrinkles and they were not able to recognize it and fix it.Besides that they charged me a ridiculous amount of money for an insignificant job on my pump and they also left the pump with a leak.It's sad because they have been taking care of my pool for almost twenty years and they have always done a good job.There is only one worker (Vince) who has listened to my complaint, but apparently it is not in his power to fix the situation.I feel cheated and I don't want to think that it's because of meforeign status.

    We had a 18 X 36 below ground pool put in with a heating unit. These people are pool specialist believe me. We couldn't be happier and they work very hard to make you happy. From Jessica, the sales associate, John the owner of the company to his tireless workers Frankie, Adam, Eric and I know I have missed someone. All I can say is if you want a swimming pool built Right, these are the people who you need to call. They don't leave until you are completely satisfied. They don't make them better than Perry Pools. We have now had our pool for four years and still couldn't be happier. UPDATE: It's been three years now since we had our pool installed. We definitely made the right decision with going with Perry Pools. The after service you get from their trained professionals is second to none.

    Great for taking your money! Then down the road when something breaks or goes wrong with the equipment they put in they won't service you without your credit card number! Poor service department (Karen)
