“What a beautiful job on a miserable day. July 25, 2016, the hottest day of the year. Richard and adam show up from Perry Pool to replace the original liner Perry Pool had put in, in 1995. taking up the old liner, they discovered that some work needed to be done to the floor. Richard made a phone call and the supplies they needed were on their way. you could tell Richard and adam were veterans at this, knowing each other’s next move without a word. late into the afternoon, more like early evening, they finished the floor and started the liner. it is still HOT, and they had been at this for over 10 hours. they put a vacuum under the liner and cut the skimmer holes by flashlight, determine to finish the job. they finally got to head home at almost 10 pm.

The liner is PERFECT !! I found Richard and Adam’s dedication (along with Perry Pools) above and beyond anyone’s expectations. THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR “FOR A BEAUTIFUL JOB ON A MISERABLE DAY”

“I wish to thank the girls that work your front counter for helping take my pool from green swamp to a crystal clear paradise. I live on a farm in Bedford County and my little 4×18 foot pool is my summer paradise. Last year my husband was diagnosed with cancer and went through some extensive treatments and surgery, my pool pump decided to quit working and the pool was not just important at that time. I winterized the pool and it stayed pretty clear up until the beginning of May, put off replacing the pump until we returned from our vacation in May. BIG MISTAKE!!! I took my water sample to your place of business and the girls told me what to purchase and when to add the chemicals to my pool, was a little crazy we thought we were creating an acid pit LOL. Within two weeks my pool is crystal clear. I work with the public and I know how nice it feels for a customer to take a few minutes and show appreciation for a job well done. “Special thanks to Perry Pools and Spas! When our new pool filter proved a bit difficult to install, Craig told me to just bring it in and they’d take care of it. Well, the directions were, at times, challenging. Our favorite line was “MAKE SURE THE FILTER VESSEL ARE FULLY FILLED THE WATER BEFORE STARTING UP THE PUMP OR IT WILL CAUSE THE PUMP DAMAGED.” We ended up with a leak and some questions. But they handled it in no time. I was in and out in five minutes and the pump is working just fine now. Thanks, Craig!”
